At the annual meeting, Mr. Li Rongming, the chairman and general manager of RFlight, delivered a speech titled "Chasing Dreams in the Starry Sea, Marching Forward with Great Strides".

The Work Innovation Award goes to the "pioneering" explorers whose creativity, like sparks, has illuminated a new path for development. The Outstanding Employee Award belongs to the practitioners of the "screw spirit", who use meticulousness and responsibility to make every link a "reassuring project". The Ten-Year Cultivation and Expansion Award is dedicated to the "pioneering oxen" who have spent ten years writing a legend from nothing to something. The Outstanding Team Award belongs to the collectives that have "spread like wildfire", and they have turned the "impossible" into the "new normal" through collaboration and innovation.

When the drumbeats brought the melody of "Chinese Dragon", the art feast officially kicked off.

"Dancing Fairies" showcases the meticulousness and "micro-operation" of micro-assembly engineers through the form of a little person dance. "Sunshine Always Comes After the Storm" sings of the optimism and resilience of software engineers who never give up when facing difficulties. The light and shadow drama "The Brightest Star in the Night Sky" innovatively portrays the company's journey from its inception to its take-off. Amidst the interplay of light and shadow, history and the future meet again at this moment. "Marching Forward to the Basket" conveys the spirit of the R&D system's courage to face difficulties and unity and collaboration to everyone on the scene with a dynamic rhythm and a powerful sense of force. The final poetry recitation, "This Prosperous Era is as You Wished," was jointly recited by senior executives and employee representatives. The vow, "This prosperous era is as you wished," lingered in the venue for a long time, bringing tears to people's eyes.
