This paper introduces a phased array high intensity radiation field (HIRF) system solution based on phased array near field technology, broadband power amplifier module and broadband antenna array as hardware platform, and advanced beamforming technology as optimization means. The common concerns of full level irradiation for external RF electromagnetic environment sensitivity test and its influence on the development of HIRF system are briefly introduced.
