With the wide application of electronic and electrical equipment, all kinds of electronic equipment are in the complex electromagnetic environment in the practical application, and the electromagnetic incompatibility of the system often occurs. In order to fully expose and solve the electromagnetic compatibility problem of the system, it is necessary to build an electromagnetic compatibility test system, which relies on the electromagnetic compatibility test system to form an external RF electromagnetic environment and simulate the electromagnetic background environment of electronic equipment application.
Application Scenario
Rflight has built a full-level irradiation electromagnetic compatibility test system, which can meet the requirements of GJB8848 and GJB1389 series of 10kHz-50GHz band standard radiation field, the highest field intensity 27460V/m, with the ability to carry out high intensity direct irradiation method internal and external field verification. The adaptability evaluation function of complex system in external strong electromagnetic environment is realized. The following takes the typical frequency band 1-18GHz developed by our company as an example.
The 1-18GHz full level irradiation test system includes a shelter vehicle platform, signal source, power amplifier cabinet, azimuth tilt table, polarization table and radiation antenna. The system uses a signal source to output low-power RF signals, which are amplified by the power amplifier and radiated externally by the radiation antenna to generate field intensity and focal spot in the specified area. The field strength and focal spot position of the system can be adjusted flexibly, and the automatic test can be carried out by setting the target parameters on the upper computer interface.
The system is independently developed and designed by Nanjing Nate Communication Electronics Co., LTD., and is now in the production and debugging stage. The system realizes the full band test of 1~18GHz in the form of segmentation, and adopts the on-board construction to enable the system to be flexibly deployed. At the same time, fully automated software testing is developed to improve the efficiency of the test. Therefore, the system has a wide application prospect in HRIF test.
