From May 11th to 12th, all the staff of Rflight temporarily left the hustle and bustle of the city and embarked on a spring team-building trip with the theme of "Precision Craftsmanship and Excellence to Explore the Sky and Space, Innovation and Excellence to Embark on a New Journey Together".

In the verdant Moganshan, we pour out our enthusiasm in poetry, discuss the new journey together among the mountains and rivers, measure the beauty of nature with our feet, interpret the power of the team through collaboration, and transform the values of "innovation, cohesion and responsibility" of Rflight people into dynamic notes, composing a magnificent symphony belonging to the collective.

At 8 a.m., the continuous laughter on the bus had already set a bright tone for the journey. After arriving at the camp, Mr. Li Rongming, the chairman and general manager of Rflight, delivered a motivational speech. He hoped that all the team members would forget their troubles, devote themselves wholeheartedly to the team-building activities, sweat freely and feel the nature.

A unique "chopstick Ball Picking" challenge kicked off the team-building activity. Members worked in groups and passed the small balls through precise cooperation, getting closer to each other in the fun competition. The subsequent team-building activity with the theme of "Super Aerobic Drum" brought the event to a climax. Under the guidance of professional coaches, all members integrated the corporate spirit of "innovative collaboration" into every beat through rhythm training, creative arrangement and collective performance. When the lights and music interwoven into a brilliant starry river in the valley, we deeply understand that the power of team resonance is powerful enough to shake the mountains and rivers.

As dusk fell, wisps of smoke rose from the camp. Amid the sizzling BBQ and the nostalgic light and shadow of open-air movies, the warmth of life overflows. At the subsequent bonfire party, everyone sang around the stove and laughed freely. The twinkling sparks reflected the cohesion and sense of belonging of the team.

On the early morning of the 11th, the team set off on an exploration trip to Moganshan.In the "Amazing Race" task, everyone shuttled among attractions such as the place where Chairman Mao stayed, the Emerald Pool, and the Reed Marshes, practicing the fighting belief of "aiming for success" among the green mountains and clear waters.

In the afternoon, the members hiked in the Jianchi Scenic Area. They followed the ancient path up the stream and felt the power of tenacity and progress in the natural wonder of waterfalls and clear pools. Climbing the steps, the sweat-soaked clothes bear witness to the Rflight people's unwavering determination to never give up.

When the last companion boarded the return bus, this two-day trip to Moganshan came to a successful conclusion. Amidst the resounding beats of drums, the warm smiles illuminated by bonfires, and the deep and shallow footprints along the winding mountain paths, Rflight has always adhered to the value of "people-oriented", allowing every employee to feel the sense of belonging that "where the heart finds peace is home".
